Shipping Policy
At Cell Story, we aim to deliver your orders across Pakistan in a fast, secure, and reliable manner.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with international delivery addresses will not be processed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next working day.
Islamabad Same-Day Delivery
For selected areas in Islamabad, same-day delivery may be available for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time, subject to product availability and rider/courier coverage.
Standard Delivery Time
For cities outside Islamabad, delivery usually takes 2β5 business days, depending on location and courier operations. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping offer or promotion is active.
Order Verification
To prevent fake or failed orders, Cell Story reserves the right to verify any order by call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. If an order cannot be verified, it may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared where applicable through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected due to public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or courier operational issues. Cell Story is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full address, phone number, and recipient name. Cell Story is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, non-response, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be cancelled or returned.
Opened Parcels / Sensitive Products
For hygiene-sensitive items, personal-use accessories, and certain electronic products, returns or exchange requests may be refused if the item has been opened, used, damaged, or is no longer in resalable condition, unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence for review.
