Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At CELL STORY, we do not offer any cash refunds under any circumstances. We only provide a 7-day replacement/exchange policy for products that are received by the customer in a faulty or defective condition.
If you receive a faulty or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by WhatsApp at 0334 8040600 or email us at cellstorypk@gmail.com, along with your order number and clear details of the issue.
Replacement / Exchange Conditions:
- Replacement or exchange is only applicable for items that are faulty or defective upon delivery.
- The customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
- The returned item must be sent with its original packaging, complete accessories, and must be unused.
- Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it.
- If the claim is verified after inspection, we will dispatch a replacement product from our side.
Please Note:
- We do not provide refunds, whether in cash, bank transfer, or store credit.
- Products returned without original packaging or with signs of use may not be accepted.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused during return transit, so please pack the item securely.
